driving past your old elementary school like
I hit my first goal weight of 285. I think I made it on Friday morning. Super excited!! 30 lbs lost so far and 10 lbs until my next goal of 275.
1 pound away from 285. 1 pound. 1 POUND. COME ON. The anticipation of marking off my first goal of losing 30lbs is 1 lb away and it’s killing.
Anyone have advice about how to overcome a plateau while doing keto? PLEEEEASE. :)
